    Well, I finally managed to land 2 giant walleye’s on Sunday. The first tipped the scale at 12.9 and the second was 11.2. The 12.9 had a girth of 19.5 and a length of 29 and a half. Both of the big mommas are still in the river for anyone to catch. It was a blast.

    My question is does anyone know of any local taxidermist that does a great job with Replica’s?? I would appreciate any ideas.

    Here is the 12.9–a bit distorted, but o well–the picture deosnt give this fish justice–it was raining and very windy, so the photos were quick

    Hair Jigs

    Bigger one was on a medium Blue and the smaller one was on Red. Red is a surprising color on the river. If you are not hitting anything with most of the usual colors, try Red. It has amazed me the last 2 years on the slow days.

    Very nice fish Good luck with the replica
    I must say, in the last couple weekends I have seen more pigs put back at Dresbach than what I have seen put into a live well. Sure does make a guy feel good when the big girls are released

    Nice job on a couple of hogs!!! And way to let them go!

    Not sure about local guys, but Fittante and Lax do great replicas.

    REALLY NICE FISH, I HAVE CAUGHT SOME NICE ONES AT DRESBACH IN THE PAST! IN FACT ON IS HANGING ON MY WALL ALSO!
