I hear quit a bit about using “Ring Worms” for walleye. Is there a particular brand, size, color, style for fishing these baits? How do you fish them? Slip sinker – Texas style, Carolina Style?

Yeah… we do talk quite a bit about those little buggers… only because they WORK! Have you checked out the online Outlet Store here? They have ’em… and in the most popular colors I might add. For ‘eyes… just rig ’em on a jig, hook exposed. Rivereyes uses a pretty neat setup with a knuckleball jighead that can be rigged weedless also. For tons of info, just do search on “Ringworms” here… you will get tons of info on rigging, techniques, etc.

There is some excellent information wiht the posts and replys that people gave here! I would also recommend sending James or Dustin a message, they would be the ones that know the best or maybe can help you out with colors, sizes and other information you may need. I have used some before and have had luck with all sorts of colors and it is tuff to decide, your right!
Best of luck!! I dont think you can go wrong with any of them!

    Longbow,

if your in rochester, stop into the Gander Mountain there, they have them in stock, as well as the super do’s and super hot K grubs. They should also have the finesse weedless jig head to go along with the grubs and worms.
