are you talking about Storm Thundersticks? How do you fish these, on 3 ways or trolling by themselves? Under what conditions are they especially effective? I am mainly talking about high vs low flow, water temps, seasons, etc.

Thanks for the help. Until this year, I have always been a live bait fisherman and am trying to get into some other things.

to be honest thundersticks have not produced for me as well as rapalas…… but its the same sort of deal…….

in general I will use a thunderstick junior (or more likely a husky jerk) on a 3 way during colder water with a slow trolling speed

and a deep junior (or deep husky) either longline trolling or with lead/snap weights during warmer water with a faster, sometimes even what might be considered very fast trolling speed……

of course other cranks like shad raps, walleyedivers and etc figure into the mix also…….

    everyone has their favs….
