    We got about a dozen small fish on the upper part of pool 2. The hardest part was keeping the leaves and sticks off the line. The water is high, fast, and full of junk. All the fish were on the edge of slack water and the main channel.

    If I had to do it over again I would have fished the St Paul Park area. Oh well.

    Same deal for us, lots of little dink’s still hanging around by the dam. Checked downstream @ pike island back channel but nothing there either.
