Sat. I started out trolling 3-ways and floaters, love doing that, but found out the bite was a jig bite. A jig and superdoo bite that is. Rig up for both styles of fishing and the fish will let you know which one they prefer then you can just switch rods if ned to. Look forward to your report on how you did. Thanks, Bill

trolled3 ways Fri and Monday near the dam. Tried all different color Raps with little luck. Anchored with a 3 way and a minnow caught lots but all small, good luck.

I like to control drift with jigs, then troll back up through the same area if fish are present. Get the best of both worlds!

Been doing pretty good on three ways, and phelps floaters and fatheads. I made my leaders about three feet long this last weekend and I think that helped, now with all the rain we are getting Ill have to think about changing the plan. Maybe its time for big fat juicy crawlers, Im also thinking about trying those fake leeches, I have never tryed them, any reports on phony leeches?

I used 3-ways most the afternoon on Sunday and caught a few fish. I had a couple small ones with phelps floaters and 2 over 23″ with small stick baits.
    Otherwise a pretty slow day.

Good question about the leeches. Have any of you guys tried the Bungee Leech or other plastic leeches? Whether on a 3 way or a jig? I bought some this spring and am yet to give em a try. I don’t know about you guys, but all this talk about 3 ways has sent my mind away from fishing. (I am pretty sure that comment has been done many times, but oh well.) Anyway, have a good time on the water.
