Thought I’d take a motorcycle ride down to Red Wing and watch the MTT tournament weigh in. Looked like it was a little slow and a tough day for at least 10 of the 50 boats. Did see at least 3 big fish. One of the boats that only weighed in one fish, made that fish a 10.1 pound beauty ( tourney BIG fish, $500). The fisherman told me they had lost another very big fish that did not get to the boat. it would have been a whole different day had they been able to put just a few average Walleye or Sauger into the boat. I wrote down the top 5 places. am sorry if I misspelled anyones name. and of course this is unofficial.

Stevens and Tenley had one of the other big fish, a solid 8 pounder. Sunday is another tournament for MTT fisherman. Jack..
