Hey guys its great to see some other good reports! I just wanted to do a follow up. In the last week it seems like there has been a few changes. The end results were plastics have been hot while cranks are not! Its been about 6 days since I caught a fish on cranks. The down fall to that is its easier for my bride to be to toss cranks while I pitch jigs. It makes for a great 1,2 punch to find active fish…. Now I just have to bring plenty of extra jigs along

Here is monica with one of here eyes that hit a grapler shad in firetiger. That rap right there was responsible for helping here give me a woopin one night down there. She pulled 3 fish off that wingdam in about 5 minutes while I watch and waited to unhook the next

Here is my biggest this fall yet that hit a ringworm on a 1/4 oz jig.
If you havnt read Steves report yet…. READ IT. It couldnt be said better IMO Also in the last week the fish are just getting fat. Cant wait for the rest to fill out. The heavyweights are showing up now so if you get the chance to make it down now is the time. If your limited on time and want a true shot at one of these I would contact Steve DeZurik. He is a great guy and one heck of a guide!!

    Darn nice post and pics
Nice way to mix up presentation
I would have never tried throwing a crank this time of year, but I might this weekend if the plastics stay as slow as they have been for me
