Pools 9/10

I have not heard anyone using one-eyes latley. So, anybody fishing them? They can be great when all else fails…I might have to throw a few this weekend.

Where you headed Bob. I think I am going to be on pool 9 this weekend and I believe Wats is coming along.

Bret, I do not know exactly yet. I may be on pool 10. If I make it up to 9, I will likely start at Desoto Bay and work my way North to Genoa. I will post tomorrow and let you know. It I can make it happen, it would be pretty cool hooking up with you and Wats. Talk to you latter.

If you can swing up Bob, it would be good to talk to you again. I haven’t been on Pool 9 at all this year I usually make some trips down there in the spring, but it never happened this year.

I talked to some fellas that were out on wednesday.Dispite the wind they did manage a few nice sauger,and a couple eyes up at the dam.They said boat controll was tuff.But under those conditions they had some nice fish .

When are you guys going to be up that way. I can not fish the morning, but can fish the afternoon until dark. Let get together…besides there are a few spots I would like to hit.

Will you all be in that bright red bass boat??

I believe we are taking my floater, a 14′ Alumicraft with a 25hp. I plan on putting in at Genoa in the morning. I’m sure we will still be around at noon. I can’t get Wats to ever call it a day

One eyes have saved my bacon a couple times! I never leave home without them. They are very popular on pools 9 and 10. Of course they never work on pool 4

do you use one-eyes often? I was under the impression they were not as effective as blade baits up there. Just wondering.
