Walleye Pool 12

Hello everyone,

I just got back from pool 12 with FTR guide Jimmy Oberfoell. I have just started fishing for walleyes and needed some eye 101, and I,m very glad my teacher was Jimmy O. this man is a warehouse of information.He said we were fishing in the worst conditions possible high winds and a front just came through and I wanted to learn how to fish rock piles and wingdams.With the wind blowing 15 to 20 mph out of the north it was hard for me to find the wings but Jimmy knew where they were.After some tutoring I made 4 or 5 casts around a rock pile and it hit my jig and crawler I reeled in a 6LB. walleye.Thanks for teaching me how to fish the wings and rock piles Jimmmy Oberfoell.
