Power plant landing is open and at least today there was very little ice floating around. Even saw some glass boats coming and going. The parking lot was nearly full. I spent the midday testing the boat and motor repairs and running around checking to find out where the bigger fish were. I probably only had a line in the water for about 5 minutes. I saw a few nice fish caught, but you could tell folks were struggling with the wind, and catching a lot of small fish. If you watch your electronics you will see the clumps of bigger fish. Don’t ignore those nice fish about 2-3 feet off the bottom. Some are definitely walleye.
