Well fished Pool 4 today after having to work in the morning so only had about 6hrs to fish. Started out Down river and was pretty slow then moved up north some more and boy did we find em. we ended up with 12 fish all being over 18” with the biggest weighing in at 7.2lbs, with an average of 20-22in
In the morning the fish were hitting a pumpkin seed MAD TOM. and then in the afternoon we had to switch to the RINGWORMS Chartruese Pepper was our best color RINGIE.
we found most of our fish in 12-20ft all walleyes never caught a Sauger all day.
attached is a picture of Luke Steenhard and his 7.2lb eye. (now if I could learn how to run a camera you would of been able to see the hole fish but ohwell)
hope this helps some of you that are going to fight the crowds this weekend. Good luck and don’t let Tuck catch them all.
