Does anyone know if water is open on pool 8.It has been a longggggg winter 
I talk to my boat every night and the wife is about ready to take me away and i think she is talking about a good rubber room 
You can find open water if you want to push across some ice. The channel is slowly starting to open up. Slowly is the key word. I can’t think of any landings that would be open right now or in the near future. Even at dam #7 the channel is froze halfway across. Sorry, the groundhog saw its shadow.
