Pool 2 – 11lb 14 ounce- PIG!

    Well had to hit the river again today after catching a 8lb 13 ouncer on Sunday- Definetly didnt think we could top that fish but this 11 pound 14 ouncer did it. What a blast! Minnows where the ticket again- caught about 10 others in the 17 inch range. My partner caught this- but just had to get another pic of me holding it after I weighed it.

    Thats what you guys were hooting and hollering about, I was out by myself un the red lund, awesome fish, I however didn’t catch a darn thing.

    I was fishing minnows too didn’t even get a hit, wonder what the heck I was doing wrong.

    super Walleye, way to go. would like to hear a little more of your fish story. Minnows, jigged?? cast ?? what type of water depth.

    Thanks, caught vertical jigging with a jig and minnow in 18 ft of water. With all the excitement and wanting to get it back in ASAP after weighing we never got a measurement- wish we would have though

    Congrats on the big fish, I have been trying along time to get hooks into something that big. Hopefully I can get rid of this nasty cold I’ve had for over a week and get out on the water.
