Opening Day at Bellevue, Dubuque and Clinton

Did anyone get out today since the weather was actually better than expected? How was the bite and size of the fish caught?

I made it out Wedensday for a few hours and did o.k. down river, but the water was very dirty. About 6″ visability in the best areas! I decided to avoid the crowd and weather (which did not materialize) for today at least. I may give it a shot at Clinton tommorrow. Flow is high and dirty, so I would expect a rather tough bite, but still beats working!
