Pool 4 Sauger update 3-10-06

    Put in at Evert’s at 7:00 this morning, quite a few boats already so we opted to fish downstream. Had the high bridge area all to ourselfs for a couple of hours. Found the saugers in 24-28 fow. chartruse pepper superdoo was the most consistant color for us. The bite was pretty good early, until around 10:00 then it slowed down. Decided to try below the Y after noon, made a couple of passes and caught a few fish.

    saw you catch that one Kerry. it sure tried hard to get out of the net I wasnt sure you were going to get it in. nice fish!
