Guttenberg report

The water is very clean,and the sauger bite is very slooow.some little ones in the deep holes. Over all the walleye bite is slow also,caught a couple nice fish pitching to sone sand flats and current breaks.Ring worms and slider grubs were the better baits.Did talk to D N R creel counter when we finished and he said it was slow for every one that he checked today. Wind was kicking up and the presentations were tuff to do.Caught a big northern pike on a ringie off the wing dam,and a catfish.GOOD DAY FISHING,POOR DAY CATCHING .
