    Was a awesome day to be on the water,catching fish was a bonus. Lots of fish being caught all thru out the tail waters,had to sort thru a lot of small fish.Found fish in 18 ft. to 40 ft. Fished down river a couple of miles and had lots of fish of wing dams and eddies,all to ourselves.Used all sorts of plastis ,with the ring worms being the better choice for bigger fish.Talked to the D.N.R. at the ramp and he saw a lot of fish coming out today,some nice eyes in the 18 in. range.Over all a great way to spend your holiday [valentines day], on the water and tonite on your ?????? [sweetheart]

    Congrats on the good day. I was wanting to call in sick to work but i knew they would know exactly where i could have been found.

    Awesome report! That’s what I need to hear. Planning to get up there March 11. If i’m lucky i’ll get there earlier but it sounds like they’re starting to show up.

    i will be up there before march because i will be down in sw iowa killing sky carp in march.
