RatLTraps through the Ice

    Iwas wondering if anyone has tried ratltrapps trough the ice for walleys. Give me your imput.

    Gosh, I don’t know why they wouldn’t. Just about anything seemed to catch fish saturday except me! Know what I mean??

    You should have been there Tony. Blue Fleck and Buzzer tried hard to show me “The Jiggin’ Rap Rag”, but I just couldn’t catch onto it. Always kept going back to my hair jigs and minnows. I saw fish caught on every offering, so I really don’t know why the ratlTraps wouldn’t work too. I think Buzzer needs to go back to #10 and give it a try.

    Herb,I probaly would have stayed with the hair jig also. Did you try 3 ways?

    Nope, Blue Fleck alo used a plain hook and minnow under a sinker and caught a few with that. Forgot to mention I did try some doo’s with no luck.

    Hey Herb. I tried some superdoo threw the ice sunday…..I had a good deal of success. 4 nice cats and some good size crappies…. Where did you fish at? I was on a private farm pond. I was a guest on it…We had a great day…..Tight Lines and Good Health …..Tony
