    This photo comes out to us from Mark Abel and shows Mark with 4 dandy eaters he caught fishing Lake Pepin on Memorial Day, 2002.

    Thanks much for the pic Mark. It makes us all think wishfully about warmer days ahead!

    I faintly see a marker buoy off to the left of you. Were you pitching jigs and cranks or were you trollin?

    Nice eyes. Did they get released or were they very tasty?

    I’s always nice when your dad takes the credit for the fish, the picture is of his son “Roger”, thank for having them posted.

    We were trolling #5 shallow shad raps in about 4-6 feet of water using Off-Shore Planer Boards. Worked well for us and it was a great weekend spent with a GREAT DAD!! Hope you read this.

    Nice fish! It just doesn’t get any better than trolling shad raps shallow with boards… unless your fishing with your DAD. Then it’s really great!
