Well it is early, but I got the fever! I have talked to a lot of river walleye fisherman on their go to color when fishing wingdams at night. I have heard everything from light bright colors, to dark colors even black. It seems to me the best bet is to fish what you have confidence in, and work you bait methodically. Any opinions from the rest of you?

    Bob,
I’ve had good luck with two tone colors (ie dark body & light tail) under low light conditions and that would be true with most of the soft plastics I fish. I think that contrast coupled with the action of the plastic is a key, at least in my humble opinion.
