Looking to head to Alma on Thursday. Are the landings open, and is anything going up by the dam? Gotta take advantage of this weather before it goes away…….Thanks.

The landing is in great shape right now. They have been getting some descent fish on the wingdams right now. Do know of a few boats putting there limit in the boat. I do believe IDA Pro Staffer John Stears was out down here this last weekend and will probably have a more detailed report up.

    All,

I went out Friday and Sunday afternoon for a few hours. I stayed shallow and have been catching a few 15-18″ walleyes dragging ringworms. All if the fish came off the sand drops between the wingdams. Most of the fish came around the 10′ mark dragging SLOWLY upstream. The time between bits can be a little long but if you found one there were more around.

Ramps in good shape, the fish aren’t lure shy (yet) and no crowds.
Check with Lee at Main Channel Baits for the latest.

Hey Nut are you going to give us a fishing report? How many fishing poles did you go there with and how many did you leave with? I could have sworn you put 4 poles in the boat at the landing, but I’m sure you only had three when we got off of the water.
