Was able to fish some all three days. Friday snuck out at 3 anticipating boat traffic to push me off by 5. Was pleasantly surprised and was able stand the heat till 7. Also fished EARLY both Sat & Sun mornings. Fished the channel and found eyes on shallow current breaks and high on wingdams. Action was steady (even on Fri afternoon). Key was to keep moving. Mostly cranked Shads with crawdad and firetiger the best colors. Going to deeper water (9-13 ft) only found sauger, and A LOT of them. Nothin’ big for eyes, almost all 17-20, which to me are darn nice fish.
