this is for every one that likes eyes and pannies.
i cant say i came up with this , i got it out of a crappie mag i stole from my dad.
take the old supper doos that just got you a ton of fish and will not stay on the jig no more and save them.cut the tails off and use them on your pan fish jigs you can make them the size you like ,and get some colors that may not be out there the ends of the tails are nice and thin.
or if you cant get to open water to wear some out just use the new ones.
sounds like with the ice the way it is ,just get to some open water ,beat the doos up and stock up on some of the pan fish plastic at the same time ,kind of like killing two fish with one jig.

Koonce was just telling me about this little “secret” about how well the doo tentacles worked for pannies.

Years ago,we used the tentacles off of rubber squid,or take a razor blade to some old Creme worms.Worked great for slob Mendota gills.I save torn ringies also.Paddletails, well the saugers bite off the best part.
