    thought I’d send along a picture of a very nice Walleye I caught up on Mille Lacs the weekend of 1/3. My fishing club was on the north end flats out of Red Door. It is my nicest Walleye in quite awhile. The Walleye measured 26 3/4 inches and was estimated at just under 7 1/2 pounds, super healthy fish, and fat. It was kinda hard to get this fish up through an 8 inch hole. For the club and 9 fishermen we caught about 25 Walleyes, and none of them were skinny, all every nice looking fish.
