Winona Dam or Belvidere Landing Open?

    Just wondering if either of these landings are open.

    Belvidere is open, bite is slow, no surprises.

    Winona dam is open. There today. Didn’t do too bad. No hogs. Biggest was a 20 inch eye. Lot of saugers, most small but could have kept enough decent ones for a meal. Caught all fish on plastic. Pro blue color in ringworms and paddletails accounted for almost all fish. Probaly would have caught more but I had it in my head that brighter colors would be the ticket and spent about 3 hour with wrong colors. 20- 25 ft seemed best for us. Tried shallow with no luck, but again it could be me. Good luck.
