    Does anyone know if the fishing barge below lock & dam #9 is still in operation?

    Yes it is.Bill Hubbard jr owns it now and the fishing is getting better every day.You can goto the launch and raise the flag or stop at Falling Rock and we can call them.Overnite fishing is still offered.It is rcommended that you make a reservation for that.
