Lake Pepin trolling update 6-2-05

Spent the day trolling the upper end of Lake Pepin. Had good numbers but the size was’nt anything to brag about. I think I ended up with 10 legals.Number 5 Shad Raps, perch, black and gold, gold or orange craw, blue, and white all caught fish. Most fish came from 10 to 14 fow, at speeds between 1.8 and 2.5 .

Traumatized, It was alot better today, both size and numbers. Good luck next week.

We had a good day as well today trolling cranks with lead core at the head of the lake, most of our fish came on #5 firetiger. Caught a ton of small fish and had 7 keepers from 15” to 17” for the box two walleyes and five saugers, one northern that put up a heck of a good fight at first I thought I had a one heck of a dandy eye. We also caught bunch of sheepies and stripers, my friend even kept four stripers
