Spinner rigs for walleyes?

I keep hearing all this talk about spinner rigs with crawlers and leaches. Somebody gave a hint about using one and a half ounce sinkers, and finding the sweet spot above the wingdams. How big are your spinners? Are you using beads & swivels? How long is your leader & what pound test? Do you cast or vertical jig them? [ new to the spinner world ] { John }
