we are making our annual “spring” walleye trip this weekend, we’ll be leaving from dubuque friday am. this is the first year we were going to fish pool 4, in past years we’ve fished pools 8,9,10 & 11. based on the weather forecast we’ll probably stop at genoa friday and fish all day, then hopefully continue on to pool 4 friday night or early sat. morning. how long would you fiqure the drive from genoa to red wing will take? i’ll post a report when we get back.
    thanks,

From Genoa to Red Wing? That drive should take in the neighborhood of 2hrs. Give or a take 20min.

Cross over the river at LaCrosse and take 61 north much better time than driving the Wi side. It’s a honest 21/2 maybe 3 hours you will make good time on 61N to Red Wing.

From LAX to Red Wing is around 1 1/2 hours. So add on another 20 minutes to get from Genoa to LAX. I agree with Dman, cross over the bridge and take 61. It is the quickest way.

Need some help! I can only reply to a post and can no longer new post. What’s going on? Anybody. Ever since I tried to post on Pool 14 I can’t do nothing. I hope I didn’t jinx myself going to pool 14.
