Thundercrank Baits

Was looking at the Thundercrank (Storm Lures) crankbaits and considering placing an order. Any input as to success with this bait would be appreciated as would color selections.

I have had a lot of sucess with the thundercranks…somenights on pepin they produced more then the shap rap..but the shap rap has been bringing more of the 20+ fish to the boat…..Colors I have done well on are Crawdad an Firetiger….I would defently think about giving them a try.

I’ve been using them fairly consistently recently with some good results. In the past I had lost just about all confidence in these lures as they just seemed to produce so poorly compared to the raps but recently since the hot weather set in the thundercranks, my favorite color being the “ghost white,” has been producing some of my bigger fish… not the numbers put in the boat by the raps… but some of my best fish.

Gotta’ like the price on them… at least when I bought them they were sub-$4 cranks and they run fairly straight and true out of the box.
