how has the bite been down that way? plan on trying it this week if its been producing. so if anyone has any insight thank you

There is still some fish in this area to be caught, just not like they were a few weeks ago. I spent some time in that area last week and put some nice eyes in the boat. The sauger are pretty thick in this area on the deeper breaks, although they are running on the smaller side but the action is good. There is still some smallies on the rocks as well.

This area is a lot better with a north wind. If the wind is not blowing in on this location you would have better results to look for fish elsewhere.
