I prefer Genoa just because I know the structure a little bit better. I would like to learn the Lynxville area a little bit better. Just wonderind what everybodyelse thinks.

I fished Lynxville for the first time this past weekend. We didn’t hammer the fish, but it is a nice dam. It seemed to be a little cleaner on the bottom than Genoa. I know Genoa holds some very nice fish and good numbers as well. Either one is a good choice

Both have their good days and bad days…But you can’t beat stopping into the Rock for a burger and a beer after a day on the water !! Len has really fixed the place up !!

Ecnook. I see that your from the Prairie area. Ive always fished further north by Lansing in the summer time. How is the walleye fishing around Prairie, or down stream a little ways?

I will second stopping at Falling Rock. They have those awesome “bar” burgers You know the greasy ones that are full of flavor that you can’t get anywhere else. It is also a great place to warm up after a cold morning of fishing

    gofish24,

There is lots of good walleye action around Prairie…From up above at the S-Curve all the way down to Clayton…there is a lot of hidding places I have never even fished yet…
