If anybody has ever fished when the ice gets mooved out you know what I’m talking about. It was Great!!!! 3 Drifts and 14 legals and it should stay open for awhile if not the rest of the year.Jig and a minnow was the best.

I have never fished any farther South than Lansing, so I may try and get down there this spring, maybe even later this week Were you fishing the dam or wingies?

What do you mean by the water is going to change? More flow or dirty? I don’t know much about that stuff

Try on tuesday jig and minnow always work but if you use plastics you may have to change colors.

How does the ramp thing work? Do we just stop in at the bar and pay the launch fee, or is there somewhere at the ramp to pay?

You can get a seasonal pass at the bar or pay with an envelope per visit at the landing

Info for the Day.Yes the bite continues!!!Went out for about an hour an half before the FLU bug got me and the way I feel now I know I won’t be on the water tommorow.(so the fish are there for you)We had 8 fish that we kept and they were just slamming the jigs.Since the temp went down we opted to use 3/8 oz BFT orange/yellow head and a camo tail.Like I said they slammed it!!No certian spot to fish they were all over.I had to get off the water so Bill brought me in and I had 6 perfect males between 15″-17″ (Tommorows supper)Bill kept his 2 in the boat and went back out around 11am and as I was told the fishin even got better. He stated(I was going to go leave at noon but the bite was to good)He did tell me that also Jane.Bill took his limit of sauger all males also.Well there’s the report now lets go FISH!!!!!!

    Good Luck

The launch has a smal ice problem as of now but at 8am fri morning I’ll be out breaking it up hopefully for the last time this winter. The water is up and the dam area is clear
for those that have been jumping ice the fishing has been good, but after tommorow morning it will be alot easier to get up to the dam.

    Good Luck

I was just going to ask about Lynxville We are planning on being there Saturday morning at daybreak or a little before. So we should have no problem getting a 16′ in? Hopefully the flow will slow down a bit. We are going to Genoa in the morning to see how things are there as well.
