With water higher than normal for the fall, I was wondering your guys opinion about the shallow plastic bite and how the fish will move. I am heading out this weekend and want to try some pitching but I don’t want to waste my time if its not going to work. Thanks

I would think it is going to be great. My river fishing seems to be much better in higher waters.
I would agree with Mike W., the high water bite in spring is usually fantastic in shallow water, and I would bet it will be just as effective in fall, at least early and late in the day, and on cloudy days.
