Use to fish pool 12,but never had much luck,would like to try 13 pool at clinton,do you fish the dam or the wing dams or what ever for walleye,thank you in advance 
I only live 90 miles fron clinton I should try it.Oh by the way what,s the best time to fish pool 13 for walleye…

If your fishing the Clinton area your actually talking pool 14. Pool 13 extends from the dam above Clinton or Fulton Il and goes up to Belview.
The fishing was hot earlier in the summer but has been in sort of a slump lately. I’d say to get ready in a couple of weeks and work the wingdams all the way from Clinton to the dam.
