Hey all. When fishing this time of year and vertical jigging and dragging jigs, are you still fishing in the same areas, such as outside river bends and deep troughs? Or what areas are you fishing? Thanks for putting up with my Mississippi beginner questions, once again.

Hi Tony,
I will usaully concentrate more on the shallower water around the hole to start with. The top side of the hole is a good bet this time of year with the low flows we have right now.
I fish most of the same areas all summer long. The depth and location of the walleye depends mostly on the flow and water levels and the given time you hit the water.
