…but not for the less then desirable scaly fish.

Lost one before we saw it and here’s one that we couldn’t shake off.

We were using my finesse rig for Flatheads.

80 pound Nuclear Yellow Tug O War braid, 4 oz No Roll Sinker, 80 pound test swivel (2/0), 8″ leader made of the main line, small 5″ bullheads on a 9/0 Team Catfish Super J hook.

We were fishing in 28 to 32′ of water.

Good Luck out there….just remember not every post spawn female got the memo saying they aren’t to bite after spawning.

My partner got a flathead when we were out yesterday. Wasn’t very big maybe 30″ off of cutbait. By next weekend they should be biting really good I’d imagine. We couldn’t keep them dumb walleyes off our line on p2 yesterday as well. Lure of choice cutbait lol

Did you kindly check his zipper for him?
