The kid has been begging me to get him out in the boat. First free day and good weather in what feels like forever. We ended up with around thirty white bass, five northerns and around fifteen walleyes, all but three were over 16 inch. With a few in lower twenty’s.
We were trolling all day and the fish were really hitting it hard.
All fish over twenty were released but of course the kid wanted me to bring home a meal.
Cant wait to get back out!

Being Pepin is a large lake would you share approx area you were trolling ? Just curious also as to what depth you found the walleyes.
That’s some pretty good action 
We pulled lead at end of day after riggin all day with no luck. We fished upper end of lake pulling lead in 15 to 20 fow of water. Caught 5 fish with a 25.5 and 28 the 2 kicker fish. It was a nice day to be on the water and will only get better in next couple of weeks.
