It is the 4th (cut)opening down from the high bridge in Red Wing of the left (Wisconsin side).

There are no walleye in 4th cut. Catfish is all anyone catches there

What are the most productive ways to fish these ‘cuts’?

-Anchor and live bait rig in them?
    -Pitch Jigs/blades/plastics?
    -Troll through/near them?

I am hoping to put this technique to good use on P2 and P4 soon! Any input is much appreciated.

    Thanks!

Anything with a fuse that has a burn duration of at least 8 seconds.

Troll through them with a 3-way rig, with a floating jig instead of a crankbait, put half a night crawler on it and your good to go! My buddy has won tournements doing this in that cut, he has also caught several 10+ pounders this way.

You must be talking about one of my favorite spots. Lot’s of channel catfish and no walleye over near the cut with a big black horse.

So many boats go through that cut during the day that the fish move out.Best fished after dark with no lights on so as not to spook them.
(this is what a couple guys told me one night when I was blowing through there)
