So yesterdays report was way better than Tuesday..no fooling around there…
Tuesday: morning was rough 35mph winds and enough trees coming down river to build a small village and slow fishing earlier in the day. Bite picked up around 2 when the wind died down, some nice sauger caught by our cabin guys.
Wed: the flow was running smooth about 22k and the debris had subsided. The report was decent a few nice limits with 17-19in eye and sauger reported, rumor has it someone had a 28in eye…all fish stories without pictures tho….
Doubt many will be on the water today or Friday…although the wind is low and flow still about 22k looks peaceful out there…That white stuff from winter is making a comeback ..
Saturday and Sunday look like they will be nice enough to make up for it, see ya in the baitshop.
