Am I Missing The Tab Where You Can See The Flow On The River Gauges Site?

Flow does not always show. They are always messing with the gauges down here. One day it will show flow and temp, the next just temp, then a week later temp will be gone and flow will be back.

I like this one as well.

    Lock Status Report

Gives a daily flow and water temp reading.

In the St Paul district all information from each lock is entered into the system before 0600 and the flow is automatically calcuated at that time

OD are there any gauges where the flow is actually taken or are they all calculated?

Pool, tailwater, dam gate openings are entered into water control and there formula calculates the flow, plus during the winter months the upper valves are partially open and the lower valves are fully open so that is also figured in, from what I’m told

The meter everyone likes to watch is still frozen in solid. I like to watch this one the best of any this time of year…and it is obvious the roller adjusting game is starting as of yesterday to get the water going I assume to bust ice down river. Hoping to get some more flow to make the scour hole mob having to drop down some 2 ouncers to make it happen.

Erick, the Red Wing gauge hasn’t worked at all for a couple years. Readings are taken manually.
