    Will be held Sunday March 23rd from 11am to 3pm
    Judges ruling at 4pm.

    Bring your BEST Chili Recipe (Venison, Beef, Turkey, Mushrooms…ect.).

    HOT or Mild…All are welcome.
    Side dishes and toppings welcome as well.

    $5 entry fee with a 100% payout
    70% first place 30% for second place.

    Bring your crock pots and see ya there.

    Fishing optional.

    I think the world is ready for it…

    nonstick cooking spray
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1 green bell pepper, cut into strips
    1 orange bell pepper, cut into strips
    1 cup sliced green onion
    3 (4 1/4 ounce) jars diced green chilies
    2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
    2 teaspoons dried oregano leaves
    2 teaspoons ground cumin
    2 (15 ounce) cans kidney beans
    2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans condensed chicken broth, undiluted
    1 (12 ounce) can Spam, cubed

    That’s the day I head home after my week long stay so I won’t be able to enter any chili, but I would certainly be willing to taste some of each before I leave.
