We caught a really nice net today- looks pretty darn new- BIG basket. Holler if its yours with details brand color etc so I can get it back to u!!!

Ended up with a beautiful 2man limit of legal and bigger walleye/sauger about half and half today. Caught a few on 3way/sticks, but vertical was the best if you are on them. Talk to Steve about the colors/jig size he’s busting his but in pretty rough conditions weatherwise for us clowns to get out there safely. We had to work pretty hard for them today-for low flow conditions fish were grouped pretty tightly in small areas. If u get a good one-repeat, repeat, and repeat. Bite very subtle-give em’ the business the second u feel a slight weight differnce from your jig alone.

    Good report! Thanks!

How many potential suspects were out there with you that could have lost a net?

I think I saw around 8 boats today- 2 lund, 2 alumacraft, one duck boat, muskychaser in his winter boat, a nitro, and us. May have been a few boats downstream as well but I’m just guessing. Lots of leaves trapped in net basket so she has been there a month or 2- Ice was thin and minimal but I would still be cautious out there when on plane, life jackets, kill switch. Clarity pretty good at around 3-4 feet-

Good to see you again P4. Had I been wearing a jacket I would have come over.

Was it a catfish size basket on the net?

You too bk- I would say it would be a cat worthy net- I would guess that somebody paid between $90-120 for this net. We actually tested it out a couple times today. Would be great if it was yours- walleye slime all over it now!

No not mine…and if it was, I wouldn’t want that stinky thing back in my boat.

I was devastated when you weren’t able to stop and talk for a while.

As many times as you fish P4 I would think by now we would have bumped into each other when I was fishing one of your spots.
