    Anybody know the condition of the ramp today or have been out in the last couple of days?

    494 looked pretty good on Monday night.

    So did my fishing spot Monday, went after work today to wet a line for a bit and ICE!!!
    Too big to chisel out and push downstream too. Here’s to you ice

    So I interpet that the 494 landing was indeed iced up?? Too bad because I was looking forward to one more trip this yr.

    My spot is 2 pools up from 494, just needed to vent, all this ice is very frustrating. Don’t know if ramp is good or not, going off last year whenever my spot was iced up so was the 494 ramp from reports, still worth taking a look at and good luck

    As of Monday night the 494 ramp was wide open and there was no ice on the river that we encountered. 34 degree temps. Sounds like warmer temps this weekend. Should stay open for a while yet.

    Made it out tonight. The 494 ramp is wide open. Water temp was 33.2.

    There was fishing, just no catching. It was windy, and sad to say, but we only had two hits total between three guys; had one fish on, but it was lost. It was the first skunk on the river since spring. It’s been tough out there.
