Bass Camp

    Has anone heard of the fishing being done down at Bass Camp? I have seen someboats down there via drive-by but haven’t had the chance of getting down ther yet. Any info would be appreciated.

    I fished that area on Friday (3/29) from 7:30 – 1 p.m. and caught several eating size fish but nothing larger than 18″. The best depth was about 25 – 28′ and the best presentation was a 1/4 oz. Buckshot rattle jig and minnow – no body. I was using #8 fireline to keep a good feel on the bottom.

    Is this the bass camp on pool 5 by west newton? Is it open? Is the lake open
