3 good guys come to mind right off the bat. Dustin Stewart, River Rat Randy, and Marty Hahn. they’re all good and really good guys. They’ll put you on fish….

Dustin has hung up his guide hat. With over 10 years of guiding and a new family, house and coons to hunt he’s pulling the plug.

Don’t mean we won’t see him on the river though.

River Dan and Turk are the two I prefer to spend my fishing time with. They’ll get you on fish and, more importantly, they’ll teach you the river.

My personal advice would be Marty Hahn, or Randy. They’re both very good, and all you need to do is ask a few questions. If you don’t ask—you can’t learn!

All of those guys are good. They wouldn’t be around yet if they weren’t!

It really depends on what your looking for. Each one excels in different areas.

River Rat Randy I would say could pass along the most knowledge about the river since he was born on a wing dam.

Brett King is another licensed guide that launches out of Everts Resort. If you have an interest in tourny angling while catching fish, he’s your man.

I’m not sure where your staying on your visit, but there’s nothing like being on the water at the launch. Everts might be full by now for that time frame, but shoot them an email you might get lucky.
