Finally Had a NICE Walleye …..

    come to my boat,but it wasn’t me that caught it. It was Tim Miller (AKA millermam).

    Tim has been kind enough to share his boat with me several times and today was my turn to give him a trip out in my boat, it started out a little chilly but the action heated up rather quickly with our fist pass long lining cranks, I got a 16″ walleye, the second pass over the same area yielded a big pay off for Tim, he hooked in a big one,After MY great net job he boated a 25 1/4′ walleye , we changed locations and found a couple more eater size walleyes and sauger.

    I lost a big fish before we got to see it but I think it was a big sheephead, we circled back and retraced the same pass and I hooked into a big sheep head.

    It wasn’t fast and furious but it was nice to think we had a pattern that was working, Best color today was Firetiger Flicker shad.

    Tim it was great to share my boat with you today,we shall do it again maybe this weekend

    Nice fish! Yes, it was chilly…but as long as fish cooperate, it warms you up!

    Nice. I guess I should have watched you two more closely. I just hammered the sheephead and white bass. Unfortunately I was fishing for eyes and blanked on them. Thanks for the report.
