Lake pepin, lake city walleye?

    Hey guy and gals I was thinking of getting the boat
    Wet for the first time this year and I was going to see if there are any fish being caught in the lake. Any info would be great thanks.

    I was along side the lake twice today and saw a boat or two around Lake City. Whether they were catching I can’t say.

    There were a few reports yesterday that said it was pretty slow

    I’d give it week to 10 days before I got too whooped up on Pepin. We saw a lot of junk in the water….whole trees and even a tractor tire. Theres a lot of water and current.

    Heard the fish were going in the back channel. Three way and lead both.

    fished there yesterday. bite is extremely slow. fished all day with an extremely experienced partner and we got 1 walleye. but its gotta turn on at some point.
