Anyone have any recommendations on who in Rochester could do a good job repairing/replacing busted brackets on aluminum boat – the kind that hold in straps to put a boat cover on. All this snow (grrrr) collapsed my tarp and busted the brackets and rivets.

If they are just riveted in I can come look at it and maybe fix it for you ?

I am in Rochester also on the NE side

Hmmmmm. Thanks Jeff. I may take u up on that. Though one bracket is broke so I need at least one new one. Will wait for snow to melt and reassess.

25 yrs ago I had a hole punched in my Jon boat by a lawn mowing service. Rochester Petroleum welded up the aluminum and did a nice job. Not sure if they are still around.
