So I’m supposed to take my dad out this week on pool 4, and I have taken the week off of work to fish, bit as Murphy’s law would have it weather is gonna suck, I don’t want to back out and I would love to put him on some fish.
Can anyone help me out with the conditions that are coming and what that will do to the fish?

It looks like fishing conditions are going to suck, but bite conditions should be about perfect! Main channel temps are 40* and above with good flow. If you can handle the weather, the fishing should be good!

    Hey Bud
We are in the same “Boat” kinda literally

My son and i are going to be there Thursday-Sunday and yes the weather looks like it’s going to suck

Not really interested in fishing in a snowstorm on the boat on Thursday but that’s what our vacation time allows.

Look for 2 guys in a Tracker Targa, MN stickers and say hello

Maybe we can share stories at the end of the day in the fish cleaning shack @ Everts

Was there sun – Tue. Fished 35 degrees (air) and steady rain Tue. Cold and wet, but caught fish. Water temps were 35 to 37. Only 40 we saw was lock side. Did well, caught eyes up to 25″.

Thinking of going out tomorrow. Redwing. Any thoughts? What can I expect? Time of day? Meaning…do (can.. lol!!) I sleep in?

Time of day wasn’t a big deal for us. We had a great bite mid-day into dark – we packed her in at about 8pm, wasn’t setup for night fishing. Had a consistant bite again the next morning, 7 am until 11 when we were froze out.

    Good luck!
